First things first, we kick off the VP selection process by giving those resumes a good ol' once-over. We're talking about diving into those career snapshots to check out qualifications and experience. If it looks like a match made in heaven, they earn themselves a golden ticket to the next stage. You see, we're all about saving your precious time, so we shortlist only the cream of the crop – the ones who make our criteria cut.

Step 2: Getting Personal and Techie

Now, here's where it gets personal. We like to get to know our candidates a bit better, face-to-face or, well, screen-to-screen. We set up interviews to see how they handle themselves and chat with us. We also get a sneak peek at their technical chops - do they have the tools and tech smarts for the job? We even throw in a couple of tests just to be sure, like the DISC Profile Assessment, Enneagram, and an English fluency check.

Step 3: Bespoke for Seint Artists

Now, we've got a little something extra for our Seint Artists. We've got a knack for customizing, and when it comes to VPs for Seint Artists, we're all ears. We've got Bridget Gilbertson in the house, a Seint Artist herself who is currently working with a VP from Virtuheroes, and she's given us the inside scoop on the skills needed. So, we handpick VAs who fit like a glove. Plus, we'll train 'em up so you don't have to start from scratch - it's all about making your life easier.

Step 4: Time to Pick Your VP
