VirtuHeroes grew out of our consulting business. We needed capable people to help with client work: people who could do the work, communicate clearly, and become a real part of the team.
That experience shaped how we approach every search. First, we get clear on the work. Then we help you find someone with the skills and working style to fit it.
And once you’ve found that person, we stay involved. We handle the payment process and time tracking, and remain available for questions, check-ins, and another perspective when you need it.
VirtuHeroes is part of Heed Co, our broader business consulting company. The shared idea is simple: give small business owners practical support and more room to move forward.
