Is the $3/hour the professional’s pay?
No. It’s our fee, added to your professional’s agreed hourly pay. We show both so you know what you’re paying for.
Do you charge a placement or finder’s fee?
No. Our fee is hourly and ongoing. You can see the breakdown before getting started.
Does every professional cost $9/hour?
No. That’s an example. Skills, experience, and the role affect the rate. We’ll talk through your budget and the kind of candidate it can support.
Do I pay someone overseas directly?
You pay a US business. We handle the payment process, so you don’t have to manage international transfers or foreign transaction fees through that process.
Do you still help after we hire someone?
Yes. We stay involved for support throughout the relationship, including check-ins, ideas, and best practices.
Can I start with part-time help?
Tell us the hours and coverage you need. We’ll discuss what makes sense for the role and the candidates available.
What if our needs change?
Reach out. We’ll work through the next step with you. Specific changes, notice periods, and terms follow your agreement.
What about minimum hours or contract terms?
We’ll explain any applicable requirements before you start, so you can decide whether the arrangement makes sense for your business.
Do I need a job description before we talk?
No. Bring your to-do list and the things that keep slipping through the cracks. We’ll help turn the work into a clear role.
Who manages the day-to-day work?
You work directly with your professional, set priorities, and provide business-specific training and access. We handle recruiting, payment coordination, time tracking, and ongoing relationship support.
Can you help with a specialist role?
Yes. We place a range of administrative, creative, sales, operational, and technical roles. We’ll talk through the skills and experience you need and evaluate candidates accordingly.
