Inbox and scheduling
Sort messages, draft routine replies for approval, coordinate meetings, and keep your calendar tidy.
Administrative virtual assistants
An administrative virtual assistant helps keep the small things from turning into your whole day. We help small business owners find an organized professional abroad for recurring admin work, then stay involved throughout the relationship.
THE WORK, IN PLAIN ENGLISH
You have repeatable tasks, a growing inbox, and a to-do list that keeps following you home. You need someone who can keep things organized and follow a process without making everything more complicated.
Sort messages, draft routine replies for approval, coordinate meetings, and keep your calendar tidy.
Update contacts, record follow-up notes, clean up lists, and keep customer information organized.
Format documents, gather information, prepare simple reports, and organize shared files.
Send approved updates, collect missing details, and make sure routine requests reach the right person.
PICTURE THE HANDOFF
Picture Monday morning: your assistant organizes the inbox, flags the messages that need your decision, updates the CRM from last week’s conversations, and sends the routine follow-ups you’ve already approved. You still make the calls that matter. You spend less time chasing the details.
This is an example workflow, not a client case study or a promise of a particular result.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Tell us whether you use Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, a CRM, or a project board. We’ll use your actual workflow to define the skills to look for. There’s no point hiring someone for a tool you don’t use.
A CLEAR JOB BEATS A VAGUE ONE
An administrative assistant usually follows established workflows across several everyday tasks. An executive assistant takes more ownership of a leader’s priorities, calendar, and communication. If the work needs specialized bookkeeping, design, or technical skills, we’ll talk about a specialist instead.
PRICING, WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK
Your professional’s pay
+ our $3/hour fee.
The $3/hour is VirtuHeroes’ fee, added to your professional’s agreed hourly pay. It is not the total hourly rate. Pay depends on the role, experience, and candidate.
Our fee covers recruiting, initial screening, interview coordination, payment handling, time tracking, and support throughout the relationship. No placement or finder’s fee.
You pay a US business. We handle the payment process so you don’t have to manage international transfers or foreign transaction fees through that process. And we don’t disappear after the hire.
HOW WE GET STARTED
Bring five recurring tasks, roughly how long each takes, your preferred working hours, and an example of what good work looks like. Start with a small, clear handoff and build from there.
FAIR QUESTIONS

Yes. A general admin role can combine several related responsibilities. We’ll help you distinguish a sensible mix from a job that really needs several specialists.
Tell us the overlap and coverage you need. We’ll discuss those expectations when defining the role and screening candidates.
