CRM organization
Update contact records, record activity, organize lead stages, and maintain your follow-up lists.
Real estate virtual assistants
A real estate virtual assistant helps agents and teams keep the administrative work moving behind each relationship. We help you define the role, find candidates abroad, and organize the handoff so your team has more room for clients.
THE WORK, IN PLAIN ENGLISH
You have contacts to update, listing details to organize, showings to coordinate, and follow-ups that need consistency. Remote administrative support can help when the work has a clear process and an owner on your team.
Update contact records, record activity, organize lead stages, and maintain your follow-up lists.
Gather approved property information, organize photos and documents, and prepare drafts for your review.
Coordinate calendars, send approved reminders, and route inquiries to the appropriate team member.
Gather prospect information, prepare activity summaries, and carry out follow-up steps within your approved process.
PICTURE THE HANDOFF
After you finish client meetings, your assistant updates the CRM, organizes the documents you collected, and prepares the next round of approved reminders. Open questions come back to you in one clear list instead of getting lost across messages.
This is an example workflow, not a client case study or a promise of a particular result.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Tell us about your real estate CRM, listing workflow, calendar, and document tools. We’ll identify the experience your role actually needs and confirm candidate familiarity during the hiring process.
A CLEAR JOB BEATS A VAGUE ONE
Define which tasks may be handled by remote administrative staff and which belong to a licensed professional. Your team keeps responsibility for brokerage approvals, regulated activities, client advice, and final review of property information. We’ll scope the support role around your requirements.
PRICING, WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK
Your professional’s pay
+ our $3/hour fee.
The $3/hour is VirtuHeroes’ fee, added to your professional’s agreed hourly pay. It is not the total hourly rate. Pay depends on the role, experience, and candidate.
Our fee covers recruiting, initial screening, interview coordination, payment handling, time tracking, and support throughout the relationship. No placement or finder’s fee.
You pay a US business. We handle the payment process so you don’t have to manage international transfers or foreign transaction fees through that process. And we don’t disappear after the hire.
HOW WE GET STARTED
Bring your lead stages, follow-up scripts, listing checklist, approved communication templates, and coverage needs. A defined escalation path helps your assistant know when a conversation should come back to you.
FAIR QUESTIONS
Common administrative responsibilities include CRM upkeep, scheduling, organizing listing materials, prospect research, and approved client follow-up. We’ll define the scope around your team’s workflow.

They can support a defined follow-up process, keep records current, and route conversations. We’ll clarify scripts, channels, permissions, and when to hand a lead back to your team.
No. The role adds capacity and consistency to your process. Results also depend on your market, offer, lead quality, and the work your team does.
Your cost is the professional’s agreed hourly pay plus our $3/hour fee. The pay rate depends on the role and candidate. Visit our pricing page for the breakdown and budget calculator.
