Calendar management
Coordinate complicated schedules, protect focus time, and prepare the details behind the next meeting.
Executive virtual assistants
A virtual executive assistant helps a business owner or leader keep priorities, meetings, and communication moving. We help you find a professional abroad whose judgment and working style fit yours, with support beyond the introduction.
THE WORK, IN PLAIN ENGLISH
Your calendar is busy, decisions keep piling up, and important follow-ups slip between meetings. You need a person who understands what matters to you and can take ownership within clear boundaries.
Coordinate complicated schedules, protect focus time, and prepare the details behind the next meeting.
Collect materials, organize agendas, capture action items, and follow up with the people responsible.
Triage incoming requests, draft responses for approval, and keep important commitments visible.
Research travel options, organize itineraries, and coordinate logistics within your preferences and budget.
PICTURE THE HANDOFF
Before your first meeting, you have an agenda, the documents you need, and a short list of decisions waiting on you. After the meeting, action items have owners and deadlines. Your assistant follows up, while you get back to the work only you can do.
This is an example workflow, not a client case study or a promise of a particular result.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Calendar and email tools matter, but judgment matters too. We’ll ask about your meeting rhythm, project tools, communication habits, and the kind of decisions an assistant may make independently.
A CLEAR JOB BEATS A VAGUE ONE
An executive assistant supports your time and priorities more closely than a general administrative role. They can coordinate people and information, but authority over spending, commitments, sensitive messages, and business decisions should be agreed explicitly.
PRICING, WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK
Your professional’s pay
+ our $3/hour fee.
The $3/hour is VirtuHeroes’ fee, added to your professional’s agreed hourly pay. It is not the total hourly rate. Pay depends on the role, experience, and candidate.
Our fee covers recruiting, initial screening, interview coordination, payment handling, time tracking, and support throughout the relationship. No placement or finder’s fee.
You pay a US business. We handle the payment process so you don’t have to manage international transfers or foreign transaction fees through that process. And we don’t disappear after the hire.
HOW WE GET STARTED
Write down your calendar preferences, top priorities, recurring meetings, communication rules, and approval limits. Share examples of when to handle a request, ask you, or escalate it.
FAIR QUESTIONS
An administrative assistant handles recurring business tasks. An executive assistant works more closely with a leader’s calendar, priorities, communication, and follow-through, often requiring more independent judgment.
Potentially. We’ll look at the workload, calendar complexity, and working hours before deciding whether that scope makes sense.
Set access permissions and confidentiality expectations before work begins. Share only what the role needs, and define approval rules for sensitive communication.
Tell us the hours and coverage you need. We’ll work through the responsibilities and candidate fit rather than assuming every role needs a full-time schedule.
Your cost is the professional’s agreed hourly pay plus our $3/hour fee. The pay rate depends on the role and candidate. Visit our pricing page for the breakdown and budget calculator.
