Email marketing
Prepare campaign drafts, organize approved lists, build emails, and coordinate reviews and sends.
Marketing virtual assistants
A marketing virtual assistant helps turn your priorities into completed work. We help small businesses find professionals abroad for campaign coordination, email, CRM tasks, content updates, and reporting, with ongoing support from VirtuHeroes.
THE WORK, IN PLAIN ENGLISH
You know what you want to promote, but the newsletter, website update, and campaign checklist keep getting pushed to next week. You need reliable execution and someone who can keep the pieces organized.
Prepare campaign drafts, organize approved lists, build emails, and coordinate reviews and sends.
Maintain marketing records, organize lead handoffs, and help with workflows that your team has approved.
Publish approved content, update landing-page information, and coordinate assets with your writers or designers.
Gather results, keep a campaign tracker current, and flag questions your team should investigate.
PICTURE THE HANDOFF
You decide on an offer and audience. Your assistant assembles the email, coordinates the graphics, checks the landing-page details, and brings the campaign back for approval. After launch, they organize the results so the next conversation has something concrete behind it.
This is an example workflow, not a client case study or a promise of a particular result.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
We’ll ask about your email platform, CRM, website, and reporting tools. Experience with your systems can be part of the screening criteria; advanced automation, paid advertising, or technical SEO may need a more specialized role.
A CLEAR JOB BEATS A VAGUE ONE
Marketing assistance focuses on execution and coordination. A marketing manager may own broader planning and decisions. If you need that level of experience, we’ll define it directly. Social media support is a narrower role centered on your publishing and community workflow.
PRICING, WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK
Your professional’s pay
+ our $3/hour fee.
The $3/hour is VirtuHeroes’ fee, added to your professional’s agreed hourly pay. It is not the total hourly rate. Pay depends on the role, experience, and candidate.
Our fee covers recruiting, initial screening, interview coordination, payment handling, time tracking, and support throughout the relationship. No placement or finder’s fee.
You pay a US business. We handle the payment process so you don’t have to manage international transfers or foreign transaction fees through that process. And we don’t disappear after the hire.
HOW WE GET STARTED
Have your current offer, target audience, brand guidelines, campaign priorities, approval process, and a few past examples ready. Pick one repeatable workflow for the first handoff instead of handing over all of marketing at once.
FAIR QUESTIONS
They support recurring marketing execution, including email preparation, campaign coordination, CRM updates, content publishing, and reporting. Responsibilities depend on their experience and your scope.
Yes. Marketing managers are among the roles we place. We’ll clarify whether you need execution support, independent planning, or someone to coordinate a broader team.
There is some overlap, but marketing assistance covers work across channels and campaigns. A social media role concentrates on content scheduling, platform activity, community responses, and social reporting.
No. They can improve execution and consistency, but lead results also depend on your offer, audience, strategy, budget, and follow-up.
Your cost is the professional’s agreed hourly pay plus our $3/hour fee. The pay rate depends on the role and candidate. Visit our pricing page for the breakdown and budget calculator.
